A Proposed Rule – Penalty for failure to certify correction of immediately hazardous violations **will take place remotely via Teams on Monday 10/7/24 at 11am. The Proposed rule will be published in the City Record on 9/4/24.** – These are new dates provide by NYC DOB as of 8/27/24
The Department’s rules will be available for viewing and downloading on the DOB website in several days. You can download the proposed rule now here, updated with new information on how to access the Teams meeting on 10/7.
