Having worked at CR Safety for several years prior, Matt acquired the company in 2012. As President, Matt has brought CR Safety’s construction site safety management and their plans and programs services to the next level, servicing some of the largest and most complex projects across the five boroughs.

Utilizing decades of industry experience, Matt oversees the company’s operations and development teams. He is responsible for implementing strategies to improve the company’s safety performance in its drive for zero injuries on all projects.

As a resource for not only his clients, which include owners/developers, large construction management firms, general contractors, sub-contractors, and various design professionals, Matt is a “go-to” industry leader for industry stakeholders and decision-makers.

As Vice President of Safety, Frank works alongside the President and guides the safety team on all site safety and labor projects.

Frank is responsible for overseeing the quality and effectiveness of the company’s site safety professionals and business development. Frank is also responsible for staff recruitment and client relations, where he ensures that all work is performed to their satisfaction. He strives to ensure job site safety is a culture for his clients, as he works to improve safety and risk management in the industry.

Wilma Abreu
Wilma AbreuDirector of Construction Safety - Site Safety Plans & Programs Management
As Director of Construction Safety – Site Safety Plans & Programs Management, Wilma Abreu oversees the planning, design, coordination and development of Construction Safety Plans & Construction logistics plans and ensures compliance with NYC Building Code – Chapter 33, FDNY, DOT & OSHA regulations. Her background in Architecture has been key to untangle the most complex project and make it tangible.

Perry Daddario
Perry DaddarioDirector of Safety
Perry Daddario serves as the Director of Safety for CR Safety. As a Licensed Site Safety Coordinator with over 8 years of experience working with the Department of Buildings, Perry’s responsibilities ensure that all job sites are in compliance with the NYC Department of Buildings. As one of the primary liaisons between jobsite general contractors and the Department of Buildings, Perry works to keep sites safe and resolve any issues on a project quickly as possible.
